I just did, jeez why cant I keep my temper in check?

Only once a day....from when I get out of bed until I get back into it at night lol
Tempers are sometimes hard to keep in check and especially hard with 4 demons contesting between each other as to who can send you mad first.

I average about 6 times a day. But I can at least laugh at myself sos I dont feel so bad about being an idiot.

I think I managed to keep my temper in check all day today....I spent a lot of the day alone, though. I am sorry you had such a tough day.

Only when i went to the petstore in a scummy sweatshirt and sweatpants that didn't match, pretty much looking like i just climbed out of the dumpster...other than that i sat around at home and slacked off.. :)

Basically a couple times. The worst was when I had to call a business manager to ask him to buy an ad in our school yearbook and while leaving him a message my friend started making me laugh and i started cracking up on the phone. it was horrible and im pretty sure he wont be calling.
