x^2-49 / 7x-49 = (x + 7)(x - 7) / 7 (x - 7) = (x + 7) /7
so (x+7)^2 / x-7 divided by x^2-49 / 7x-49 = (x+7)^2 / x-7 divided by (x + 7) / 7
= (x+7)^2 / x-7 times 7 / (x + 7)
= 7 (x + 7) / (x - 7)
