I don't. I send it out to be done. I hate doing laundry.

My husband and I fold it on our queen sized bed. He 'does' it because he can carry it down three flights of stairs and back up, but we BOTH fold and put it away. I put the stuff that goes into drawers away, he puts the 'hanging stuff' away, and we have fun talking while we do it together. We usually do it once a week, but not this weekend because we need the money for bus fare ... my husband lost his bus pass and his work was supposed to give him another, but they 'gave them to anyone who wanted one' and now he has to pay his own bus fare ... it's not 'a lot' but it's still $15 a week ONLY if he goes straight to work and comes straight home. Laundry only costs $10 a week ... and we 'goofed' ... so we get this weekend 'off' ... but we'll only have about 3 loads next weekend, so it's not that bad, really.

HA! Girl, me too. All the baskets stay in the living room until my mother and I remember to take them up. Now, since getting the laundry done on Friday, the baskets have been moved upstairs. But it will probably be another few days before they actually get put away.

OOOhh. CRAP! The red clothes are still in the dryer!!!
Psh.
Dern it!

My washer and dryer are downstairs in the basement so I usually fold it in the living on the coach then put it all in the laundry basket when I'm all done.

On the couch, I always wack my elbows on the door in the laundry room so I always move it to the couch first..just more room to lay things out and fold.

From the laundry room, I hang them immediately and fold them as soon as they come out of the dryer.
