They work hard...they don't talk a lot of smack...they turn selfish players into the team players they could have always been in the right system...Moss/Dillon....why...
BTW I feel the same way about the Colts...they play hard and for the most part...they don't talk a lot of smack...both teams do their talking on the field...

OK if you can't answer intelligently other then Brady is ugly or Cocky...well at least I can understand the answer about the fans...but we had a lot of years of taking crap from Miami...Steelers...Bears and Pack fans so a little bragging has been earned...BTW does anybody really understand the whole videotaping controversy? Don't think so

Alot of people dislike teams who win alot, take the Cowboys in the early 90's. Me being a Cowboy fan and a Panther fan (from North Carolina but moved to Dallas), I dislike the Pats because they've beaten both of my teams. I dislike the Pats head coach because he just comes off to me as a sore loser, I base this on that year when the Jets beat the Pats and Belichick couldnt get off the field fast enough to avoid Mangini, but in the playoffs when they beat the Jets, Belichick was pushing people out of the way to shake his hand, kinda like showing off. Granted, I dont know the past between the two that well but I do know their is bad blood, and if I got the chance to showboat to an enemy, then I'd do it too. But, I dislike the Pats because I wish my home teams were as good as they are, plain and simple, and thats prolly where most of the hate from everyone else comes from. But I cannot deny the talent New England has, wether they cheated or whatever, they have a phenominal team and it seems like right now another superbowl visit is in their future....

Most of the people that answer with things like "they cheat" are not real football fans so we can disqualify them. I understand the fan thing to a point because I was going to games when they totally sucked. Do any of the real Pats fans remember the flood at the old house against Miami? I was there getting soaked. I see that there are sellouts every game now. Most of them will be gone when they suck again.
People are jealous, plain and simple.

But...to answer your question...most likely jealousy. I didn't like the Pats for a loooooong time after they beat my Bears in Superbowl XX...but, I got over it.

Jealousy, that's all, or people just wanting to talk trash just because their team lost. Plus, I really don't see what the Patriots did was cheating. I think that was strategy. Even after all of that, they are still 6-0.
And who cares if you lose just one game? Losses happen, and the Pats will not go undefeated. And I'm a Pats fan!

I dislike the team because they cheat and practically got away with it because of that b.s. punishment handed down by the get tuff comish.
I dislike their fans because most of them are nothing but bandwagon jumpers. I cant tell you how many new found Pats fans are in my area, I live in an area full of Bengals and Saints fans.

I'm a fan though.
They use that cheating thing for every excuse now. I asked this question before the cheating thing, and most poeple just said "cause they suck"... ya ok...
Or they use the "fan" excuse. "The fans are annoying"
what do you want the fans to say? that the pats aren't better than your team? cause guess what, they are
the pats are probably in the top 2 or 3 best teams right now

its jealousy. that's all it amounts to. everyone's going to hate the best teams...unless they happen to be a fan of one of the best teams. And when people's teams lose, the thing disgruntled fans do is try to degrade the other team in any way possible b/c their team lost.
