Shooting somebody in the woods is still illegal. It is usually just considered an accident. You were out hunting and you mistook another hunter for the animal in season.
You are not allowed to go hunting in the city. Too many people in the way between you and the game.
If you are going out with the intention to kill a person, that is premeditation and premeditated murder is illegal no matter what.

Before you say anything further, did anybody see either of these alleged shootings that you may or may not have committed.
In the city more of the ground is paved and it is harder to just shut up and shovel.
It is harder to prove intent in a hunting accident. Just think about Dick Cheney and how he shot his lawyer.
(Gosh, it must have felt great shooting a lawyer)
He did not even have a valid hunting license when he did it.

It certainly isn't Grace us;
So yeah, it's legal to kill them.
Such is what Law God on high did,
as Law is the ministration of death.
But hey, isn't there a thou shalt not kill law?
I guess it means let Law God do the killing.
So then if you do the killing, He'll kill you eh.
But then He'd have to kill Himself. It's the Law.
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
