It is 1st and goal on the 1 yard line, but rather than let a running back run the ball in, he passes, because he obviously is looking to break a record. Maybe he should have some class, like Peyton Manning and let Kevin Faulk or someone else actually have a little glory and score a touchdown every so often.

Actually, I watch a lot of football. I have NFL Sunday ticket and watch a bit of every game every week. Clearly you are a NE fan and that is the only retort you have. Call me a girl football fan...ooohhh that hurts. It is hilarious that this is all you have to come back with.

Nope, not a Dallas fan either, I just think there are more parts to an offense than Tom Brady, and those parts should be used.

You are wrong about Peyton Manning. If you check the stats for the games, you will see that there are always rushing touchdowns scored by the Colts. As a matter of fact, the very game after Peyton tied the touchdown record, it was 1st and goal to go, and he let the running back run the ball in for a touchdown, rather than break the record.

Tom Brady cares more about getting his name in record books, covering himself in glory, going to Hollywood parties and nailing dim-witted actresses than class or dignity. He is not fit to pick up towels in the Colt's locker room and I can't wait to see his d!ck knocked in the dirt in the Dome come November 4th.
And look at all the pathetic Pats fans who thumbed down the guy who pointed out the fact that their coach it nothing but a common dirty cheater? He should have been fired, not just been stripped of first picks.

you can't possibly be serious, i'm by no means a patriot or a brady fan, packers actually, but i give credit where credit is due, brady passed on 1st and goal on the 1, big deal, it worked didn't it? i say if you can dismantle a defense, then just keep at what you're doing, never let up and wear them out. i mean why bother to stop something that's obviously working and will get you the win so long as it's not against the rules? also brady's taken pay cuts from what he really deserves to help the team get better players and build on that, want an example, see what he did to help get moss. so how do you call a guy who does that selfish? he's an awesome qb who's accomplished a lot and makes those around him better.
now that being said, go packers!! i say favre def deserves another ring and a shot at going out on top!!

It would seem obvious to run on first and one, and thats exactly why it is a good play to throw the ball. As far as Brady being selfish or arrogant, I don't know where the hell that comes from. He's a champion, a competitior and an unselfish athlete who gives a lot of credit to his teammates and coaches. He doesn't care about personal records, just championships. I am a Chiefs fan and I would have him on my team any day. With the exceptions of the Colts, and Packers anyone who says they wouldn't take him on their team is lieing or would be willing to hurt their team because they have a false sense of reality. If Tom Brady is selfish I hope the Chiefs get a selfish QB soon.

I didn't realize the patriots won the super bowl and Brady won the MVP already. Calm down. Who knows what will happen in January. Also, we still can have opinions on who is the best ever or best currently and we aren't wrong if we disagree. And would you just stop with the whole system talk? I feel like in every question you ask that is mentioned in some way

Do you not know that coaches call the majority of plays? do you not know what football is? have you ever thought of why there is a coaching staff? Did you not see faulk not getting much of anywhere throughout the game? Dont you realize that the best target for brady at the 1 yard line would be a screen pass to faulk. YOU CALL HIM SELFISH? DO YOU KNOW THAT BRADY MORE THAN ONCE HAS RESTRUCTURED HIS CONTRACT TO FIT THE WANTS OF OTHER PLAYERS.

Have you ever even watched football? Next time, check your facts before you mouth off. In case no one ever bothered to tell you, they have coaches that pick the plays. Seriously, it's not like they go out there and decide what they want to do for themselves. Really, it'd be better if you never spoke about football again. You make all girls look like they don't know about football. So next time, don't bother commenting.

Maybe you should rephrase the question....
Is Tom Brady the greatest QB to ever play the game?
He hasn't quite surpassed Montana yet, but its only a matter of time.

I am definitely not Tom Brady's #1 fan. I'll be cheering the day he messes up. I'm not a sore loser, but I am sick of all the attention he got today during the Dallas game. All I can say is GO COWBOYS!

Right...Peyton Manning who has 45 pass attempts a game and tries to thread the needle. Look up the definition for selfish, Brady shared the ball a lot today...388 yards and 5 TDs spread out among 7 receivers. Manning passes to Harrison, Wayne, and Clark...Its not about Glory its about winning, If you can burn a defense through the air, you don't stop. If it aint broke, don't fix it.
