I like it! Never did care for the term Senior citizens, My niece
always used the term "Mature citizens"
I also lie the words,"Grandmothers are just antique little girls"
I do feel like more of a classic, then a senior. Neat light bulb.

Maybe because no one wants to give seniors a classic discount on their meals..it just sounds too universal & then everyone would want a reduced price! I do think it has a better ring to it, though! That's Classic! Like my yahoo mail page. I never put senior & classic together before you mentioned it...thanks! I love being a classic, rather than a senior...it just says more in my eyes!

i do not comprehend what is going on the on the spot, yet I neglected a Sadie Hawkins dance once because i did not have a date.and that i'd not and couldn't pass on my own and be completely embarrassed. because the females ask a boy to that diverse dance. and that i become in between boyfriends on the on the spot. I must have requested the perfect guy next door. yet by no skill idea about his being fascinated, because he become out of school already. i'd pass if there have been a pair different women to pass with me. a minimum of we would have some relaxing between us. and perchance we would get supplies to bop, if any guy got here on my own. yet we by no skill had stags happen for our dances on both faculties I went to. As to what that that they had possibly call a lady showing up on my own, i might want to imagine it would want to be a 'stagette" possibly.

That sounds good to me. The classic cars are valued/valuable, wanted, and well taken care of. Wouldn't it be great if people felt the same way about seniors!

Well some of us are classics, but there's also common old sedans and lots of old rust buckets. 'Course the seniors also have some of those kits made out of a lot of silicone to resemble the classics.

Actually it's quite possible this seniors group could be divided up into "Seniors" and "Classic Seniors" ........... strictly an age division. Seems to be indicated by subjects that different SENIORS of differing ages are wanting to converse about. And let's face it, age plays a big part in issues affecting folks in their everyday lives. But it's only a passing thought.
I like "Seniors" for those ages 50-65
I like "Classic Seniors" for those ages 65+

What a fine idea. At what age do you think we would become classic? A car is a classic at twenty-five.

I'm for it. Lets face it. If it came into existence in 1950, it has to be a classic.
