Dwarf Puffers are ENTIRELY freshwater fish and will not live as long in brackish water. If you already added the salt, do daily 10-25% water changes until the salinity goes down to freshwater. Here's more information about Dwarf Puffers: http://www.dwarfpuffers.com

You are kind of in a tough spot, because you need to get the salt out for the dwarf puffers, but then your spotted puffers will suffer. I work at a pet store where all the spotted puffers in the fish system were dying constantly because we weren't allowed to put salt in it (since most of the fish in the system were freshwater). Once I got budget approval to start a new satellite tank for brackish I never had a single one die. So my advice to you would be to see if the store you bought the fish at will take one or the other type back, otherwise you'll have to get a separate tank.

Yes, the first mistake you mad was to put brackish water puffer fish with freshwater puffers. Yes, people get confused because of this and accidentally killing the dwarf puffer.
