Although what has been believed to be "magic" over the centuries has become nothing more than scientific truth today that is taught to high schoolers in physics class.
Remember that Christopher Columbus used "magic" to "take away the sun" when in reality he just knew that there was going to be a solar eclipse.
Even astral projection is being explored as a science now, thanks to M-Theory. Oh, and Metaphysics, too...something that people a hundred years ago would never imagine as a science and three hundred years ago died for studying.
But what do I believe in? The power of the mind to change reality. A fusion of metaphysics with standard and quantum physics. Can I do that? Dear god no, I can't. I'm sitting here typing an answer on Yahoo! Questions. If I could change reality with my mind, do you think I'd be here?
But I believe it's possible, and those possibilities are endless.

I believe in time our society has always longed for the ideas of magical powers of that force that could never be explained. In my mind we are drawn and are replused by magic.
I wish for magic. Sometimes it is the only thing that gets me through the day and with others I know this is also true.
But I still think it is something you are always 3 steps close too but never can reach

Magick is the inexplicable. Some magick becomes science. Some Magick is called Miracles. Some Magick will never be understood.
Example of Magick becoming science: Healers and midwives of many centuries ago would dip cloth into a cauldron of boiling water with various herbs before wiping a cut or wound to cleanse it mumbling prayers to one God or another. It was taken as a kind of Magick and condemned by the church of that time, now it is known as Sanitary Medical Sterilization.
