A little of both. I feel hopeful when I read answers from well informed individuals. I feel depressed when I read the answers from people who criticize others for thinking outside the box. The ones who've done their homework and come up with great answers yet are demonized for their actions. I guess for a greater balance their must be some imbalance to make the journey.

Generally I don't feel either... Yahoo politics is more about having fun than anything else. Whats a riot is to watch the same people spew the same incorrect information over and over, while at the same time they refuse to acknowledge when someone points out that they are incorrect.

With some people its all about name calling and zero proof of facts. Others get very detailed about everything and provide proof with their statements.

Challenged.
If it be to find that perfect link or scratch my head and wonder why? It's my daily dose of current events while I am in my home away from home. Usually I would be ... I was in college, again, studying Journalism... or on the beach if not working with handicapped people. SO here I do a bit of all the above. In Florida far away from my Hawaiian home. Aloha.

Some times hopeful when intelligent and informed Q & A's are posted but often dismayed (not depressed) at the pervasive level of blind and misinformed ignorance and outright stupidity of some of the posters.

Neither exactly, but I'm glad whenever I do let out my 2 cents(points) worth of opinion out there. It does release a bit of stress for me.

Generally, I don't let faceless strangers on the other side of a computer monitor affect me either way.
