He said that all of the people he talked to in Las
Vegas , on the street believe O.J. will walk because they believe it was a set up deal. (and I have to agree on that one.)

excuse me, I am not feeling sorry for him I am looking at it from a legal prospective...It only will take one person to free him from this on the jury. He was set up. Even the pundits on tv admit that....(greta sustern, etc.) i ma saying the majority of the people say he will walk and I agree looking at it from the legal angle.
To be taped secretly is a crime in itself....

I am sure that the tape will be deemed inadmissible, and many of the so-called victims and witnesses totally lack credibility. I expect that the charges will eventually be dismissed, but if not, he will certainly be acquitted or end up with a hung jury. Speaking of "setup", one can only wonder if the whole thing wasn't orchestrated by the National Enquirer or Freddy Goldman.

its not a question of whether he was set up or not. If he was set up, then the other people involved will be arrested for that, but O.J. should still go to jail. Him and his friends held people beyond their will, which is technically kidnapping, and they used guns to do so, which is threatening someone with a deadly weapon, and if they touched anyone there in any sort of malicious way then that is assault, and that includes if they just pushed them. so whether O.J. was set up or not, it doesnt matter because you can not take justice into your own hands, unless it is self defense(which it wasnt).
Honestly though, I think that he was set up. someone probably stole some of his things and then got someone to call O.J. and tell him that some of his things were at this place and being sold to try to get him to go there, which is why everything was so planned with recording him and putting it on the internet. but again, O.J. is still guilty of committing several felonies and should go to jail. The other people involved that recorded him should also go to jail.
EDIT - There is no one harder to convict than a black celebrity because they are a celebrity, have money, and play the race card and not many judges or juries want to be accused of being racist, and thats because those judges and juries are very weak and pathetic people.

No. That's not what he said. He said the majority of people he spoke with in the Las Vegas area, who would represent a potential pool of jurors, believed that Mister Simpson would walk. But Bob has one problem. His sample is drawn from the folks he moves among in Las Vegas. And those folks will pull every trick in the book to avoid jury duty. The town has gotten a lot bigger since Bob set up his first office on West Charleston Boulevard. And his contacts are the Rancho Circle and Scotch 80s crowd.
One of the guys with Mister Simpson that day is going to flip tomorrow after waiving his right to a prelimary hearing. As time goes by, you can expect Mister Simpson to try and cut a deal with the Clark County D.A., because it will suddenly dawn on him that any crime involving the use of a deadly weapon automatically doubles the adjudged sentence under Nevada law.

Whatever is best for the legal system I suppose.
I don't think it has anything to do with what's best for society anymore.
The perpetrator of "Wrongful Death" will probably walk again.
At least this time, we won't have to watch Johnny Cochran humping O.J. Simpson in the Court Room while they read the verdict.

lol, i didn't know anyone still watched faux news tabloid network anymore. i swear i haven't turned them on in 6 months. who cares what brittney spears is doing. this is all they talk about. oj smojay!!!
by the way, it is not a crime to be taped secretly. geez, the ignorance around me is astounding. as long as one person in the recording knows the conversation is being taped it is perfectly legal. who cares, anyway. the government is counting on the sheep actually giving a crap about this stuff. this way you won't know what is actually going on in the world. 50% of the news on fox news you can pick up while waiting in the grocery aisle.
