I don't think so... I didn't get good at flirting until I was already involved in very serious relationships... and in my opinion, flirting outside of a serious relationship is unfair to your partner... but, again... that's my personal opinion.

I am a very very good flirt.....I was raised in the South and no one can flirt like a Southern Lady!
though it does get me in trouble at times.
