Yes you lose your right to vote. You can recieve your rights to vote back but the governer has to agree to it. You can only get them back after you have served your time out or you are completely off parole or probation. The only right that you can't get back is the right to carry a concealed weapon.
Also I don't agree with this because I am one of the convicted felons that have lost my rights. It sucks and I probably wouldn't vote even if I got them back. But I do want some of my other rights back. The biggest one being able to get a passport. I can't leave the damn country. I like leaving the states and now I can't.
Hope this helps!!
Good Luck!!

In some states, yes they lose their right to vote.
I have heard that there is one or two states that felons still in prison serving time are allowed to vote. I haven't done any research to verify that claim so I don't know if it is true.

It depends on which state you live in. There are (i think) 8 states that do not allow ex-felons the right to vote. there are ways to earn this right back but i don't no how.

1. Yes... in most states
2. Usually there are ways to get voting rights back in certain circumstances
3. Yes I agree... It is already far to easy for any idiot to vote.. one doesn't need to allow those that have proved their own stupidity and inability to make proper choices in life.

No they don't. If a person has paid their debt to society, why punish them more?
