Ok, I'm going to make this costume, so does anyone know where you can find the fabric for the skirt? A link would be helpful...

The type of fabric you need for the skirt is called TULLE. Pronounced like "tool". Any fabric store will have it. Enjoy, it looks very cute!

Try Hancock Fabrics or Jo-Ann's Fabrics. Both carry sewing supplies and craft supplies.
Michael's Crafts might carry the netting material, too.
I don't know the links, but all are big stores that should appear in your search bar.
