don't try to move her yourself...one reason she may be screaming is because it hurts her to move...and you carrying her may actually hurt her more....if she has cracked part of her pelvis she may be almost delerious with pain...believe me...I've had this kind of injury...she doesn't know what is good for her...she would be unable to know what she needs...so you have to take things into your own hands now and call an ambulance for her...they can stabilize her enough for transport..and get her to a hospital without causing her any more pain than necessary....if it turns out to be a minor injury great! But if she has a pelvic injury....she is in grave danger....so be a friend and take the situation into control and do what is best for her...honest she doesn't know what she needs....YOU DO!

Pick her up, put her in the car and take her! Something could really be wrong and she needs help. If she starts screaming again saying she won't go then call 911 and tell them to send someone over. She won't even have to know until they pull in, but get the girl help now!

What about calling the Doctor, emergency Doctor or nurse. I think you should just call an ambulance now.
If your living in the UK call NHS Direct on 0845 4647 for nurse advice and health information. The helpline is open 24 hours.

Call 911!!!
I know she doesn't want to go to the hospital, but you HAVE to make her. It's for her own good, something could be seriously wrong, and she could lose too much blood.
If you can't drive call 911 immediatley. Ask a neighbor to take you, I know it will be embarrassing, but that is really serious.

Get her an icepack. For the pain to stop she needs some pain pills, like Tylenol or Aleve, but not aspirin, as she is bleeding. Her hymen probably broke. That will account for the bleeding. Call the ER & see if she needs to be taken in or not.

You need to contact her parents and tell them, you also need to phone an ambulance now. She may have internal damage which could make her infertile in the future. She mayalso have cracked her pelvis. This is extremely dangerous situation that she is in and you need to call an ambulance NOW

call an ambulance
really. I hardly go to the dr, either but she needs help NOW. She probably cracked some bones as well as the bleeding.
Call an ambulance and keep us posted!

And based on your other question posted in this very section, your mother's dead, and you have no relationship with your dad and your little sister who lives with you has lower abdominal pain and smelly discharge and she needs help but refuses to get medical attention right?
Get off the pc and go play with your barbie doll!

Be calm and try to take her to emergency. Tell her it's for her own good. They are very understanding. When you get there, you go inside and ask for help, either a gurney or wheelchair. And tell them she is bleeding.
