I'm an aspiring writer creating a story in the vein of Ghostbusters and Ghost Hunters. I know that paranormal investigation teams use experts from different fields such as demonology, mediumship, and parapsychology. But what abilities can a Wiccan use to aid in investigations? I REALLY NEED SOME GOOD ANSWERS!!!!!

Wiccans are very good at sensing energies and using energy. They can not only often percieve what kind of energy thier being attacked with but an experienced wiccan can also put up a "psychic barrier" to protect themselves.
P.S. most of the wiccans I know wouldn't like to be labeled as "The witch" or "The Wizard", just a comment :)

Wicca is a religion and frankly there are many wiccans without a scrap of psychic ability. Others practice divination, mediumship, etc. There are also many pagans (ahem) who may be good at that sort of thing but aren't specifically Wiccan.
I really think you need to become initmate with that religion before including it in your story, or it will come off hollow and unbelievable. Right now it sounds like you just want it for bling, and if that's the case you'll most certainly get it all wrong. You ought to get to know some actual Wiccans and maybe attend an event or two. Wicca is a nature Religion. Most of the fields you mention are not taught by or to those of the Wicca. Few necromancers join the Wicca or even Witchcraft.
The Wiccan could smudge a dwelling place, but that would not be a field that would leave anything for the other fields.

Wiccian beliefs are somewhat like Native American beliefs..I am both..Smugging is preformed to remove all negitive energies,then call upon the four elements as well as the goddess of the moon to draw strength in protection.

... What? You're not willing to pay a contributor? In that case, do your own darned creative legwork.
EDITED TO ADD: Okay, maybe that was a little bit harsh. But it is a bit offputting to have you come along and go, "Hi! Give me some inside information so that I can misrepresent your religion in a creative property that I intend to sell!", and then expect us to be just fine with that. Personally I'm not comfortable giving out ANY information of that nature to someone who intends to sell the end product for entertainment purposes.
