I start to realize how much I truly rely on electricity!!

I suffer a lot because I have to have a fan going on me or the airconditioning on or both so that I can breathe with less strain. We round up our candles and scatter them around the house. Sometimes I work on the laptop for as long as the charge will last.

Once, we decided to run errands while the power was out. That way, we would be in air-conditioned Wal-Mart.

Many people raised in the digital age may find this rather novel and quaint at the same time, but I grab a flashlight (L.E.D. type from the C. Crane Co.--not to sneak in a plug, but they make and sell good stuff), and read a book.

well we play bored games by flash and candle lite or if one of the moms has power we go for a visit.

During the day, I read or crochet. At night, I light a candle and crochet.
