There are several things it could be from a bad rod bearing, a bad piston or wrist pin bushing, loose rocker arms, bent valves or even a loose torque converter or cracked flex plate. Take it to amechanic who can hear the noise and tell you what it MIGHT be>

you can be low on oil, using the wrong viscosity of oil, the valves could be plugged with dirt/sludge OR the oil filter has broken internally.
IF you are using a fram oil filter, stop and never do that again. fram oil filters have a cardboard backing plate, which is a very unreliable and cheesy/cheap design and that plate tends to slip and when it does the filter becomes a restrictor and the oil pressure drops a little. as you drive, the oil gets up on the topside of the engine, but not as fast as it should.
Use a Purolator or Wix brand oil filter, they are 100x more reliable and built stronger.
Switch to a synthetic oil to clean out your engine and valves, or you can put in Gunk's Valve Medic in your oil and let it sit in there and do its thing.
