Let the people you sit for know that you are looking for more opportunities to babysit and you'd appreciate their recommending you to friends (and serving as a reference if you need one for any new jobs).
Also, you could ask your parents to tell their contacts (people from work, church, etc.) that you are available for babysitting jobs.

It is about doing good job, have good networks, get references. Ofcourse, you should have love & passion for your children and babies.
