Same as a male dolphin baby, the mother gives birth to a live baby. I don't think I need to be more graphic than this. If you want more information feel free to ask.

Both male and female dolphins are born live like human babies. What I mean is that dolphins do not lay eggs like fish do.

Dolphins, both male and female, are born in the same way. Tail first. Then mom nudges it up to the surface of the water for its first breath.

Your teacher has not written the question very well. You could simply answer "The same way as a male baby dolphin".

I think the answer your teacher wants is "Tail first"
