lol most MEN dont achieve those sizes mentioned above in their lifetime.
Seriously speaking you shouldnt be that concerned at 13 cause you're just stepping up from that little pencil. Your main concern should be concerning that erection, size wont be definite til ur about 17.
But my guess would be 5 inches tops

well wen i was thirteen it was 6 1/4.now im 14 and im 7 so yeah
