The price we pay for the gas is not what we get. They are ripping people off. ANd it's really weird that they do not give receipts to customers. I don't go there anymore but I do want that gas station to be investigated.

Contact the Better Business Bureau.

If you're receiving an amount different than what you feel you're paying for your State or County Dept of Weights and Measures would be the ones to contact and file a complaint with(they check the calibration on the pumps). Arco corporate, too.

All ARCO's are run by a corporate entity. Get a hold of ARCO corporate. If that doesn't work, consumer affairs is the next in line.

Note that the idea for BBB has nothing to do with legal complaints.

You can't complain to the station, that's for sure. Perhaps the Better Business Bureau.

Im in Anaheim and my Arco stole my money.... i filled my tank this morning and my son put $20 in however only 16 went un ...he forgot to get his change i dropped him at work and went right back and this cashier says his computer did not show anyone left there change ...i knew the pump and the time and the amount of translation....its only 4 dollars but im angry i was lied too and stole from, he clearly pocketed the money!
