No. I consider the source. The Nobel Peace Prize committee is thoroughly compromised. If they were really interested in who delivers peace to the world, they should award the U.S. Armed Forces that prize.
Call it the Evil Leftist of the Year prize. At least that would be more honest.

Guilt by association?
This borders on the most politically paranoid question I have ever seen here.
EDIT
Do you know what's REALLY pathetic? George Bush is not going to congratulate Gore on his Nobel Peace Prize. Put politics aside for a second. An AMERICAN won the most prestigious award available to the free world. The Nobel Peace Prize. And all the president and his malcontent followers can do is muster ridicule and criticism against the man.
Think about that. The world recognizes Gore's efforts. But people from his own country cant put aside stupid political bickering to give one of our own the credit he deserves.
Petty at best.

What "ethics with the Clintons?" Gore never did anything objectionable as vice president. And he's worked hard to alert us to harmful climate change.
(You are trying too hard to connect Gore with someone you dislike, but Gore is not involved in any Clinton misdeeds, if indeed anything Bill did was that bad. Certainly he worked wonders for the USA economy, earning a huge budget surplus that Dubya immediately gave away.)

Hey, if people can make Jane Fonda a "woman of the decade",, the Nobel Committee should give Al Gore this award. At least HE was on our side.

I don't feel offended by Gore's receiving the prize due to the Clintons' lack of ethics, but I do out of the fact his "movie" has so many errors and is based on junk science. That is sickening that they'd award a propoganda film's producer such a prestigous award.

Offended? Not at all. Why should that offend me when we've got bigger problems related to politics?
However, I did find it very interesting... gives us little pee-on scientists a leg up in the world - not just the geniuses.
I'm sorry, was that mean?

No, the Nobel peace prize committee has made many controversial decisions, what is offending is the people that fall head over heels for this liberal deception and pandering.
Peace is achieved after VICTORY.

less money made=more money to spend?
typical neo-con ***ked up thinking
Apparently the whole rest of the world can acknowledge what a great job Al Gore has done in bringing notice to our problem of global warming.
