How can I make my look more feminine?

I'm 23 and I really would like to look like a 'woman', not a boyish teenage girl. Any suggestions? clothes? (size 10, weight 9 st 4 lbs, height 5,4 ft ) make-up? (dark blond hear, hazel eyes) accesories? I need heeeelp!

dress up in cute clothes from places like forever 21 and charlotte russe, but don't feel like you have to dress like a $lut to feel girly. anything bright and colorful works. and as for the make up: dont feel like you have to put on 394839 pounds to feel feminine.. you can wear natural looking make-up most days [brown eyeliner, a little mascara, and maybe a neutral lip color] and maybe for parties go crazy wiith some colored eyeliner.. or you could add lots of color to your eyes everyday, it totally depends on what you feel comftorable wearing. go to a thrift store adn look for almay make-up products, they have different products for people with blue eyes, green eyes, hazel eyes, etc. just make sure that you dress as you want to.. dont wear stuff that you dont like just because it makes you look more girly. being feminine is all about expressing yourself with style.. wear anything that brings out the true you!

1] get a great hair style
2] wear a bit of makeup - mascara, blush, lip color. Shape eyebrows, and color in if need be
3] wear earrings, a bit larger than studs; or dangly/drop earrings. If neck is visible, wear a pretty neckchain. A definite girl's watch - small, gold, feminine.
4] go thru wardrobe - take out anything that a guy would wear- put in a box, and only keep a fewfor washing cars,mowing lawn, scrubbing floors.
5] buy fitted [ women's ] Ts,blouses, button shirts,wrap shirts, or twin sets for work- in your best pastels and brights [ more flattering to face ]
6] buy pant or skirt suits in your best neutrals, make sure cut is very feminine. Have skirts end at bottom knee, and pants where heel meets shoe.
7] buy 'girly' shoes - even if neutral, be sure there is a feminine detail [ bow, quilting, buckle, color ].
8] collect some great handbags - a few neutral classics [ croc satchel, suede foldover ] and some great brights.

Wear bright colors, not like pink and green to make you look like an Easter egg, but dark colors, too. i Have dark hair, Hazel eyes, and I wear dark colors. Don't wear tight clothes it makes you look like you are looking for something you're not. But just wear a wear a light blue and maybe a dark purple.
