I would use white eye-liner only for half of your inside lids because it will make them look bigger. For the best mascara, I would use either Chanel Cils à Cils Mascara ($25), Bad Gal Lash ($22), or CoverGirl Volume Exact Mascara ( $7 or $8).

For eyeliner try: Revlon Colorstay in Black. For mascara use Max Factor Volume Couture in Black.

I can help you make your eyes appear bigger and make them pop out.
1. Apply white pencil on your bottom eye lid.
2. Curl your eye lashes with an eye lash curler.
3. Apply black Cover Girl mascara.
4. Apply a medium amount of eyeshadow. Make sure it matches your top. Then, add glitter liner.

im not sure of the type but i do know...
-dont put eyeliner along the whole bottom part of your eye (it makes it look smaller) just put some white eyeliner in the lower corner
- use an eyelash curler to open up the eye
