my nipples are seeping out a thick yellow creme substance
they are lactating about 20mls a day, they just keep dripping i cant stop it
how do i stop it?

The term for this is galactorrhea; it is clearly abnormal, and may reflect something as benign as a hormonal imbalance or as serious as a brain tumor. The only way to stop it is to see a doctor and find out what's causing it.

damn!... 20 mls? i hope thats an over exaggeration..
If it is and ur just squeezing them to see that then it may just be because of in-grown hair follicles. It happened to me when i was about your age 2 yrs ago and i was getting scared i was goin to be a rare skinny male breast cancer subject.
But if your 20 mls is anywhere near the truth then i recommend you go to see a doc soon.
