I don't live in Sedona, but i do live in Mesa, my sister in law is from Sedona though and she regularly goes up there to visit her grandmother.

about 140 mile north of phoenix ahs a cool tempature during winter months gets some snow a lot,during th summer about 10 degrees cooler than valley..one main road and several resturants and art studios. grat veiws of red rock area. has a couple sights nearby oak Creek canyon and jerome an old mining town about 30 miles away...business is mostly tourist and spiritual types supossedly a vortex up there? nice clear skies.. little traffic like phx. area.
places to stay there or go the camp verde area..45 minute drive to either Prescott or Flagstaff too.

I live in Sedona. The weather is WONDERFUL! But my favorite part is that our clouds are not normal clouds, they shape into the strangest things sometimes, not like any other place.

I wouldn't mind going back to AZ I haven't been there in like 15 years. I used to have a place in Tucson. Sold it when my Great Grandfather passed.
