Every car radio has a different code. You will have to remove the radio and note it's serial #. Bring that to an Acura dealer and they will be able to determine the code.

If it were a radio code, it would say "code." Since it says "erre," it means that there is a jammed CD, or something else wrong or broken in the radio. You can take it to the dealer (an acura dealer) and they should be able to tell you what you need. If it is a code, they are the only way to get it. Most likely there is a problem with the radio itself. Good luck!

since you bought your car from a dealer, the code should have been included in the owners manual. if not, contact the dealer and they should retrieve it for you for free. you mentioned you checked the fusebox, was it the fuse box located under the hood? if not, check the bottom side of the fuse box cover. after you finally do retrieve the code, make sure you disconnect the battery terminal for about a minute or so if you have previously entered anything into the radio upon the prompt for the code. hope this helps-i know it a real pain!

sometimes the dealer puts a sticker with the code on it somewhere on the side of the glove box or in the trunk, like under the jack storage cover
