i'm 27 years previous and don't have a driving force license. i grow to be scared to force after having buddy killed in a vehicle twist of fate whilst i grow to be sixteen. this is no longer pathetic because of the fact while you're scared to force you would be a disadvantages individual to have in the back of the wheel . you would be plenty extra possibly to overreact and because a twist of fate . there is not any magic age once you are able to desire to get your license this is a private determination. perhaps if some teenage needed till they the place adulthood there does no longer be some many youthful lives lost in a unfavourable way. So if getting your license at 20 is pathetic then wanting aid you already know are 27 365 days previous I maximum be very pathetic. wish you are able to make the main suitable determination for you and not what human beings think of. in case you do get be secure .

Not pathetic, but kind of unusual for the majority of the population.
In NYC, there are folks there who NEVER get a license. They simply don't want the hassle of parking wherever they are, the danger of carjacking, well, the list goes on.
But, the distances most of us live from everything like work, friends, relatives, shopping centers, groceries, etc. make it almost a necessity to have a car and license, just to exist nowadays.

No way!!!!!!.I was 31 before I went for my learners and now I am 33 and I am on my P's.I will be 34 nearly 35 before I will get my full driving licence so if getting your license at 20 is being so called pathetic I would hate to see what that makes me.

No, it's not. I know someone who recently got it, and she's 21. My sister is also working on getting hers, and she's nearly 19. People have different reasons. Some are too busy, some already have other transportation, and others don't like driving.

I got mine at 18 lol...I didn't even want mine! my parents made me get it before I left for college...that's more pathetic hahaha =)

because in New York you don't really need a car you just need the bus.
