Fear & Hatred. But it is never considered as that as a social problem. It always catagorized and parceled out to agencies considered able to work on a specific problem in a community, or nationally.
So the land is in a state hatred, and fear rules the daily lives of the common man. But the band plays on..... and every problem is a small parcel to be handed to a department in the social government to handle. The root of our social problems are never addressed properly.
