NOPERS, I usually wait for things to go 75% off or more. I love getting the sales. But I guess it really depends on what you are buying. Clothes=wait, latest technology=buy @ 50% off

they usually mark it up 100% to begin with so I feel if I pay 50% off that's probably what I should have paid in the first place. so no
