Both. Well placed, understated and discreet can be sexy.
Others can look like you've rolled in a landfill and picked up bits of decaying garbage.

I'm from the old school, and it takes some getting used to. I never would personally get one. I have younger co-workers and friends and neighbors that do, and I think it's okay as long as it's somewhat tasteful. I once worked with a much younger girl who was absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't believe it when she showed me this huge tattoo of a butterfly on her back. She was so tiny, maybe 95 lbs. or so. I guess every generation thinks the next couldn't possibly be weirder, but they always come up with something.

It just depends on the location of the tattoo and what it is.
some are trash and some are flashy. And too many are trashy no matter what they are

well if u have something like a butterfly or liek the text love or stuff like that on you and just that one tattoo then i guess its ok but if u have like a ton of em and theyre all stupid ones then it turns into trashy
