Consider the three sequences below:

Sequence p : 4, 9, 14, 19, 24, ...
Sequence q : 16, 31, 46, 61, 76, ...
Sequence r : 19, 39, 59, 79, 99, ...

(i) Find an expression, in terms of n, for the nth term in the sequence q
ans: 1 + 15n

(ii) If the nth term of the sequence p, q and r are p_n, q_n and r_n respectively, find an equation connecting p_n, q_n and r_n

Please show your workings...I need to understand this..thanks

p_n = 5n-1
q_n = 15n+1
r_n = 20n-1
r_n = p_n + q_n -1
