ok i have an account and i used to have the game but i had to delete everything on my pc and i lost the game disc too. So is there a site where you can download the game even if you have an account?

You can downlaod it from Blizzard or any of several other places. You could even use a friend's disks if you want to.
The source of the program doesn't matter, only the account, which is stored on the WoW servers.
