This site is pretty good. Plus any work your teacher sets is likely to be out of your core text books so always look at them first. I know the answers having studied this only last year but the best way to learn is just to sit and read and make diagrams. Don't give up on this topic because once you get it you never forget it!

I graduated with a biochem degree, I forgot all that crap.

You are describing glycolysis and photosynthesis. A good treatise of those processes can be found on Wikipedia.

All of the answers are in your textbook. Please read it sometime. I know the answers, but you really need to learn it yourself. If you want to understand it, read your textbook. Telling you the answers will not give you understanding.
