I called my doctor, she wants me to come the office first thing in the morning. Which I will do! But in the mean time, I am looking for hope!! However, I dont think there is much of that left!
I think I would be right around 5 weeks pregnant. I started spotting last night, only when I wiped! It started out with a brownish pink with a tiny bit of red clots, (less then a 1/2 an inch long) but today, I need to wear a pad and have light bleeding once again, its not heavy, however it is pink today, no brown and there are still red tiny clots, there also seems to have clear stretchy mucus with the blood, the kind you get when you ovulate. I have very little/light cramping, not really cramping, more like a twinge feeling, now and then! (not all the time) Do you think I am having a miscarriage? I believe that I am? Has anyone else had anything like this and it turned out that everything was ok? Or had anything like this and it was a miscarriage?

I have had a miscarriage in May and the bleed was bright red and there was a lot of cramping, however I was 10 weeks then. I also had a miscarriage about 3 yrs ago and that was also bright red and a lot more cramping! I just dont know what to think? If I am having a miscarriage when should I try again to get pregnant? I have been trying for over a yr and 1/2 to have a successful pregnancy! I do have 2 beautiful children ages 7 and 3, I have never had any bleeding with either of them.

It could be implantation bleeding. If so then everything is just fine! And i experienced that and freaked out just like you but then everything turned out ok. So try to focus on that and not stress as that will just make it worse for the baby.

You have done the right thing by contacting the doc. It is hard to tell because sometimes bleeding is considered normal. You could have an infection or something. I was bleeding around 8 weeks, was put on bed rest, and then, nothing! So, you never know. It is good that you are not having severe cramping. When I was bleeding I also had slight crampy feelings but nothing like I did when I had my miscarriage. I am now 37 weeks along and everything is fine. So, like I said, it could be nothing. If you start to feel bad tonight, go to the ER. Otherwise, take a warm bath, put on some pjs and relax. I hope that everything works out for you! Sorry that I couldn't be more specific.

You may be at the very start of miscarrying or you may just be "spotting." Strong cramping in the thighs and abdomen and signficant bleeding and passing clots suggests a miscarriage is occurring regardless of how far along you are but then every woman (and pregnancy) is different.

Here's hoping that you get through the night alright. I've been there a few times.

Keep it monitored and calm down. It could be just a threatened miscarriage, but you won't know until you see your doctor tomorrow. I had light pink and brown spotting for a few weeks and got told to keep taking pregnancy tests. It was always a strong positive so at 7 weeks i asked for a scan and saw the heartbeat. Spotting continued up to 14 weeks. 25% of all pregnancies will have spotting or light bleeding, so don't worry too much about it, wait until you talk to your doctor. Best of luck and do let us know how it goes.

As you've already noticed with your previous miscarriages, generally the bleeding is bright red and the cramping is more severe. Unfortunately until you go to the doctor, I couldn't tell you for sure what is exactly going on with the light pink bleeding. Calm down, though. Stress can make things worse. Relax, lay down, take a nap if you can. And hopefully all is well. best of luck.

It could be a threatened miscarriage! I would suggest full bed rest until you go to the doctors in the morning!! I don't want to get your hopes up but maybe you could save this little baby!!
