Yes- Vlad The Impaler was cruel but right, but his story began for the first time like a gossip in his times: his enemies made that gossip about him to the emperor from habsburgic empire because that emperor not to support him anymore in his alliance against the otomans.And that's how a gossip that in those days make the emperor laught ended by makeing a legend in our days.........(sorry about my english)

I admire Prince Vlad for what he was trying to accomplish for his beloved Transylvania.
I've been there and the country was beautiful.
We even went to Borgo Pass.
I understand that his castle is in such disrepair that the country or his heirs have it up for sale.
We visited it because of all the legends
and there are a lot of restless spirits in Romania.

I've been reading up on Vlad Dracul all my life, & I admire his vision for his country!
He really got the short end of the stick from the Hapsburgs though. I hope to see the castle for myself, someday.
