I'm 15, gay and and out to my friends for a few months now.
I 'like' my best friend and am wondering if he's gay.

He never talks about girls, not been out with one as long as I've known him. (6 years)
He acts pretty much the same as I do.... but he hasn't said he's gay/bi.
Is there any safe ways I could try and make a pass at him without risking being friend with him.

I am already out to him, like I said. :)

Hey congrats on being out. But leave your friend in the closet, let him make a move on you. At the age 15 there are so many hard things to try to understand and maybe he cannot wrap his head around such an idea. It is pretty overwhelming. If you want to remain freinds i would not even cross that territory with him.

He has not stopped being your friend that is the step and he excepts you. That is a great thing most people at that age turn run the other way, you are blessed to even remain friends.

Also think about after you make a move on him? Not going to be easy to turn back and be friends! He is your friend and you keep it that way. Imagine losing him all because of you wanting to have someone experiment.

I would just ask him to go and 'do' something that you haven't before, or haven't done with your other friends.

Sort of a 'pretend date' i guess.... tell him you want to ask this one guy out (since you are already out to him) and you don't want to be a complete newbie to dating so would he mind being your 'pretend date' and go have dinner, see a movie, etc, something you haven't done with him before so it's 'new' to you both (or at least to him). Then see what his reaction is and go from there (you don't want to make a move on him just yet, just put him in the situation and maybe he will follow?)

Or play a game of truth or dare... just with you 2 or one other very close friend... and see what he says there. Good luck on that...

You might as well come out to him... because if he doesn't accept you, there's no real point to being his friend. If he does, just take it from there. =]

>>oh... Well, if he knows, then why not just ask him if he's gay? You know that question will not affect your friendship, since he doesn't care that you are gay.

>>>If he can't give you a straight answer of no, then he's possibly gay. A straight person would just say no if they're not straight...

Ask him. Don't make a pass at him.
