I am almost 25 weeks pregnant but, for a couple of days I have been having spasms. they are in the center of my chest but, above my breast. I am not sure if it is heart realated. I went to the er a couple of weeks ago with severe acid reflux. ( that I had no idea was that) they did ekg, and cardiac triage. Everything with all blood work is fine. Could these spasms be heart realated. I get aniexty also, or could it be realated to the acid reflux and maybe esphagoal spasms. ??

Highly unlikely to be heart, more likely related to your reflux.

if you had all of those tests and they are fine, dont worry,you are fine. just worrying alone can cause spasms.
