Filming plays? Is that how Bill Belicheck won his superbowls?

They just caught Bill Belacheck for the first time filming plays. He had to pay a fine, and it was over with. Is that how he won all his superbowls though?

It may have helped, but New England has a lot of talent. The fact that they're still winning shows that it only minimally contributed.
