That area is pretty dead in terms of swing dancing. Depending on the kind of swing you're looking for, there is Lindy Hop and West Coast Swing.

Lindy Hop:
Tuesday - Swing Central in Redwood City
Wednesday - Stepping Out in Sunnyvale

West Coast Swing
Monday - Stepping Out in Sunnyvale
Wednesday - Beardsley in San Mateo
Friday - 2 Left Feet in Danville

I know there is Swing Central in Redwood City (South bay). Come over to Swing Central and ask around. Allegro (Emerevyle) teaches swing. Just Dance in Oakland is probably teaching it too.
