I hear people a lot saying that love is the most important thing. I don't understand why so many people would choose love over money? I hate being around people. I like being socially isolated and alone from everyone else. I hate love. It is the worst thing in the world. I fell in love with a girl a few months ago and it was the dumbest thing I ever did. I won't allow myself to ever like a girl again. I'll be alone with my money. I don't need love, I need money.
So why are people so interested in love? I think Money is WAY more important.

because these pricks that fall in love say it makes them happier than money does (i say "say" because i wouln't know. i, like you, prefer money. then again i do prefer most things than people, maybe this is part of the problem. hmm.)

Money can not hold you when you are on your death bed,
money can not cry with you when you are hurt,
money can not laugh with you when you hear something funny,
money can not tell you it's sorry when you have had a bad day,
money can not hug you when you need it the most,
money can not kiss you gently on the forehead and tell you that it loves you,
money can not forgive you when you are sorry,
money can not love you,
money can not give you warmth on a cold night,
money did not give birth to you, nor does it care about you,
money has no emotions and is cold hearted.
People on the other hand" Mothers, Fathers, Sisters, Brothers, Friends................... they can provide every thing we need in life through their love.
Have you ever noticed those who do not have an over abundance of money, they live from pay check to pay check, they have what they need and do with out what they want. Yet, those who have truly been given love from those around them, they are very happy. For there is no price tag that can be hung on love. It is priceless.

I like to be alone too...but not lonely. All the money in the World can't buy true love or happiness...only the facade of happiness. But when you love someone...it doesn't matter what happens in your lives because you always have each other. Money comes and goes. And don't you think you just feel this way because you aren't over this girl yet?
People like love because they want to share life whether it is to complete them or compliment them or someone they can relate to.
And in a way...wouldn't you say you LOVE money? Love is the most important thing because that is what drives you...regardless if it is to love another person or object or idea.

it is pretty obvious that the person YOU fell in love with did not truly reciprocate your feelings or was deceptive about it. what that is called is 'life'. buck up. life's tough. boo hoo. giving up is for losers. are you a loser?
making money? ooooh, what a stud. even a guy flipping burgers makes money. there is a retarded guy drying cars at a car wash...and he makes money.
money is important to you because IT doesn't judge you. it won't break your heart etc with all the lame-o emotional stuff. you hate being around people because you haven't developed social skills that are acceptable to others. you're what i call a social reject. i know a lot of them. one guy i know is a very talented architect but has NO social circle and lives in a studio apartment in the slummiest part of town. he makes A LOT of money but never spends it on himself nor better himself.
it is easy being a loner. you don't have to answer to no one. you don't have to mature. you don't have to learn how to share. see? you're a dysfunctional ding dong on the road to being a sociopath. does ted bundy, ted kaczynski, eric rudolph ring a bell? you're on the path buddy. you're nothing special in the world until you decide to make something out of yourself.
my answer's are ALWAYS the best. it surprises me when people choose it as best answer because i purposely try to be as rude as possible because the truth is rude. if it hurts your feelings, it is because it is the truth. like the saying goes 'the truth hurts'.

love is a life boat that can save you from your dark state.
the only relationship that makes anyone feel good and free from anxiety is one that is based on love , between a mother and her child, a brother and his sister, a friend and his soul mate, then between a man and a woman.
without love , a human will feel he is drowning in a meaningless existence.
break through your dark wall of pessimism , learn to seek love and give love to the person whom you can reallly love.
love is there for you to seek it.
try it and you will know by experience that it is more important than money .
however, you still need money to live well with your love.

i personally disagree with you..i dont mind if dont care...but i think when you were in love the girl probably hurt you REAL bad and it caused you to completely shut out love...you cant let one person stop you from loving because in the end when you have all the money in the world, you'll have no one to share it with and your fell miserabel and wish you did. even though you feel like you should be isolated from everyone and only be with money, you should think about what your going to do with all your "money"...you could have everything in the world but at one point your going to get bored because your all alone and then your going to wish that there was someone there to keep you company....point blank..in the end if you have love youll at least be happy but if you only have money you probably wont.

i totally agree about the love thing. i dont understand why people still believe in relationships because all that happens is that one person always gets heartbroken. why go through all that pain when you can jes avoid the whole situation.plus these days its hard to tell whether people love you for you or for your money.
however try not to focus on money alone or jes other material things. rather focus on other things in life. but love is definiletly to be avoided.
