Definitely a fake, the Mother would be screaming in agony as she died.

There's too much between the baby and you to have something with that much definition be shown like that. That makes it seem like the foot is right under the skin and it's not. You can most definitely see the baby move when it gets larger but that, that image is fake.
Edited to add : That and for the foot to be in that particular position the baby would have to have it's back along the back part of the uterus and to have that much room to do that it would have to be a relatively small fetus at the time and that foot is too large for that. There are lots of things that show it as fake. It's a cute picture, but definitely not real.

Cool picture, but it is a fake. There is no way that you would be able to see a foot with that much definition, the baby is under too many layers, in that pic it gives the impression that the foot is just under the skin. There is the amniotic sac, uterus, and the adipose (stomach) tissues and muscle. It's just impossible.
When i was pregnant people could sometimes see my belly moving from across the room! My daughter would press her hands and feet out and you could see a very distinct bump, but not fingers and toes ;)

I know you can see the baby's movements, but there is too much between where the baby is and the outer layers of the skin to see that kind of detail. The picture looks like a fake to me. I have had 2 kids and am 19 weeks pregnant with my third. My daughter moved around alot and sometimes it felt like she was going to burst out of my belly but nothing like the picture showed.

I believe it is fake...according to the size of that foot the baby should be turned upside down by now making the feet up towards the mothers ribs, not beside the belly button.

Wow, i've never seen anything like that before. During 2 pregnancies I've never seen any body part that clear. I think it may be fake. I see little bumps on me sticking out all the time, but I don't think the amniotic sac & skin are both that thin enough to see somthing that clear.

I am not sure if that picture is real or not. But I know it is definately possible to see your baby moving from the outside, and your belly to also look very distorted at times depending on how your baby is laying.

it is very cute but id say it was fake, in all my pregnancy's Ive had the baby move around and it makes your whole tummy shake and you can feel bits and bobs of the baby but unless your womb was paper thin there is no way you would get a outline of baby's foot.

Yeah, that is real. That happened to me when I was pregnant with my first daughter, except it was a hand.
Also, when I was 9 months pregnant I could sit in the chair and pull my shirt up and just watch her move around in my stomach, it looked like something from a scary movie, but it was amazing!

FAKE. you can see a baby moving when your that far along in pregnancy BUT, you can not see the babys foot.
