Help me solve the equation and find the extraneous solution please.?

(x)/(x-6) - (6)/(x-6) = 5???

help please...

x-6 = 5(x-6) = 5x - 30
4x = 24
x = 6 is the extraneous solution because the denominator = 0 when x = 6
