Yes I have it in both legs, usually at night when I am asleep and it wakes me up. The reason I have a disc bulge and it traps the nerve. However most twitches are not nerve problems. You should be looking at your diet and your exercise, let alone how you sit. If you sit crossed leg, chances are this will happen.
