Umm; If you mean a lesbian mother who's daughter is also a lesbian, then yeah.
But the other way.... Isn't that illegal, and slightly wrong.

I don't personally know any lesbian women who have a lesbian daughter, but its certainly possible. Of course the mother's sexual orientation has nothing to do with the daughter being gay, any more than a heterosexual parent's orientation has anything to do with their child being hetero.
Most gay or lesbian parents have hetero children, simply because most people in society are hetero. The percentage of gay or lesbian parents with GLBT children is no more than the percentage of hetero parents with GLBT children.

If you mean as a couple, no, and that's not being lesbians that's incest. That's against the law, and I will tell you now most people straight, gay, lesbians, and asexual or any other kind of sexual being will tell you that's disgusting.
