hey im 15 and im a 36A.
but the problem is i wish i was a full B or C.
is there anyway my i can make my breasts grow without surgery???????????
any tips for them to grow, something i can eat maybe???????

You still have about 10 years for your breasts to grow. Relax and give it time.
There are no magic foods, creams, pills, exercises, etc. that will make them bigger. The ONLY ways to do it are to gain weight (and it won't just be your chest), get pregnant or have surgery.

What until you ovulate. Eat right, get good sleep, and good exercise up to ovulation. Then do a breast massage, for some people it works in the shower or bath with warm water, but water is optional. Although the odds of expanding tissue are far higher in warm water than in air conditioning. If it doesn't happen, that's ok. There is nothing wrong with your body, and I was there too, trust me, but I got bigger. Patience and healthy habit ting is key, but if you panic and stress, of even have a bad mindset about it the odds will keep on holding off.

Oh my gosh same exact thing here same situation you're just going to have to be patient there's really nothing you can do
i know it sucks =( but they'll grow don't worry you're not alone

your not the only one. im 16 and im smaller than you. noo. i no it sucks but theres nothing you can do right now except maybe if you gain weight they might get a little bigger.

Relax kiddo, your girls dont stop growing until your mid twenties.
