Who would you have take a polygraph test and what would you ask them?

And they must answer ALL questions!

Bush and Cheney and make it a truthful person to give the test That polygraph machine would blow up after each one answered the questions that would be needed to ask them. They lie about there own lies. The whole Administration are nothing but a bunch of low life liars

Nobody. They don't work. All they do is respond to stress at best, not the truth..

Assuming they did work, I would question Bill Clinton since he is the most pathological of all famous liers.
