The flange itself is about $8. the real cost is installation and I can`t give you a price without knowing where it is going. What is the floor made of? Wood floor with tile or vinyl? concrete? . I have not yet seen any flanges that were set 10" away, but who knows maybe somebody moved the wall. Most toilets for the past 40 years have been a min 12" offset so yours is an odd one

Are you sure you are talking about the flange size or the offset that the flange is from the wall?

I believe 10" and 12" are the standard rough in dimensions for most toilets.

If that is the case why not exchange your 12" rough in for a 10" rough in?

Is there access to the plumbing? Is it in the concrete slab? Upstairs? What's underneath? A crawl space? Accessible crawl space? Does drywall need to be taken out or the floor removed then replaced?

Why don't you buy a toilet that fits your 10" flange (assuming you are talking about distance from the center of the flange to the wall). They are available and usually have to be special ordered. Visit your local plumbing supplier.

Why don't you look on the internet and do it your self.
That type of plumbling can be done by a woman such and I, so it shouldnt be too hard.
I have done that sort of thing many times because my husband always worked long hours.
Go for it, I'll bet you enjoy doing it your self.
