Just stained my porch swing. How long should I let it dry?

I just stained my porch swing. How long should it dry before I hang it? How long does it take outdoor stain to dry? Thanks.

Should say right on the can. Temp and humidity will alter those times. You can still hang it unless it`s raining, and it will still dry.

Depends on weather and temp. Hopefully it is dry and above 55 degrees. Give it at least 24 hours and then reevaluate.
